Tuesday afternoon at the Garden

Service Description

​This 60 minutes Afternoon Flow class is held every Tuesday at 5:30 pm ET / 4:30 pm CT, at the beautiful Port St. Joe Garden Club, a national and historical site located at 216 Eighth Street in Port St. Joe Florida. This class focuses on breath-led movement, accessible alignment, and sustainable strength. Class includes moments of effort and ease, supporting both strength-building and deep release. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
