Hi, I’m Sara and I was born and raised in Milan, Italy. I have been calling the Forgotten Coast home since May 2018.
In my early 20s I had back surgery and always suffered from lower back pain. I started practicing yoga hoping that it would help. But I skeptically thought, this may not be for me — I am too inflexible...
But here’s what I found: the more I practiced the stronger I felt, the better I felt, the less pain I felt.
Today I am proud to have successfully completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance and I am ready to share the benefits of this wonderful practice with you!

So I took a chance and gave yoga a shot tonight.
After an hour, Sara had done the impossible. For the first time I can remember my mind was calm and my joints weren’t locked in like the rear axel of a old ford.
For reason I don’t understand my sinuses even seem to have cleared.
I went in there just wanting to get through and now will be attending at least once a week.
