Monday Morning Flow at the Garden

Service Description

This 60 minutes Hatha Flow class is held every Monday at 9:00 am ET / 8 am CT, at the beautiful Port St. Joe Garden Club, a national and historical site located at 216 Eighth Street in Port St. Joe Florida. Jump start your day and wake up your body! An energizing morning hatha flow class to prepare for the day ahead. Postures are designed to open and stabilize the body. These classes are great to fine-tune and hold still – taking the time to build awareness, strength, focus, and flexibility. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. MATS, BLOCKS, AND STRAPS available on site.
